Following their dream and passion for a personal hospice offering the highest quality of skilled dedicated professionals, Luther and Melody Stanton felt, as Boulder residents, that there needed to be a better alternative for their community. They and their son, Jerry Kopack, founded Family Hospice in 2004.
In 2008 Family Home Health was founded to provide the same level of personal, excellent clinical services to those needing skilled care and/or rehab therapies.
